Return and refund policy

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of receipt.

The online shop has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online shop was mistakenly stated significantly below the market price. The online shop shall not be liable for defects that occur after the goods have been handed over to the buyer. If a product purchased from the online shop has defects for which the online shop is responsible, the online shop will replace the product with another.

If a product purchased from the online shop is defective or unsuitable, the online shop will replace it with another product of the same price. The online shop will only exchange the product for another, the amount paid for the product will not be refunded.
